The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held on Monday 28th April 2025 at Cabon Group Offices, Osborne Park. Time and Online meeting access will be provided at a later date.

In accordance with the WAVC Rules, a call for nominations for election to the committee must be sent to members at least 42 days before the AGM.

A member who wishes to be considered for election to a position on the WAVC Committee must send written notice (attached nomination form) to the Secretary.

Nominating the position, they wish to stand for, and include a statement of support by another WAVC member
Note the following in accordance with the WAVC rules.

The completed nomination form must be submitted via email to the secretary@wavc.org.au by Sunday 30th March 2025.

If only one nomination is received for a position of officeholder or committee member, the person so nominated shall be deemed to be elected.

If more than one nomination is received for a position a ballot shall be held.

The ballot for the election (if needed) shall be conducted at Annual General Meeting in such usual and proper manner as the Chairperson may direct.

Nominations will only be accepted on the day of the AGM, if no written nomination has been received at least 28 days prior to the AGM.

A person is an ordinary financial member of WAVC, if that is a person has paid the $10 annual registration fee.



The positions to be elected are the following officeholders:
a) Chairperson
b) Deputy chairperson
c) Secretary
d) Treasurer
e) General Committee Members x 2 
   1. Registrar/PlayHQ Administrator
   2. Regional Representative
The notice of the AGM confirming the time and venue and including the agenda, proxy forms and the names of any nominations received, will be sent to the members at least 14 days prior to the AGM.
