Further to our earlier communication, please find attached the audited list for your review.

We believe this is super close to being final but given the pending change in the WAVC name perhaps to WACM next year at our AGM we respectfully are suggesting stick to your playing number allotted to you via your aged based sub-committee in prior years and you can continue to use your existing playing number for “old” players that have already debuted.

However, if you want to change that number then email vicechair@wavc.org.au and he will advise if that number is available in your age Group if you have a preferred playing number and a number of you have already reached out and either said your staying with existing or would like a change and we have facilitated as such.

It is intended at the end of the year or early into next to have a function where a formal cap presentation will occur and a catch up/re-union of sorts will happen to celebrate the WAVC history.

In future as a squad is announced for a Championship any new debutants will be allocated numbers as part of that announcement and awarded their cap on the day of debut by their captain in a pre game or pre event ceremony.

Thank you for your patience as you can appreciate this has been a mammoth task retracing back to 2012 with the various sub committees. Thanks to all those have assisted and helped with ensuring the accuracy of the attached.
