The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at a time Carbon Group offices, Osborne Park.

In accordance with the WAVC Rules, a call for nominations for election to the committee must be sent to members at least 42 days before the AGM.

A member who wishes to be considered for election to a position on the WAVC Committee must send written notice (attached nomination form) to the Secretary:

1. Nominating the position they wish to stand for, and
2. Including a statement of support by another WAVC member.
